Gulf Coast Mediation, Coaching, and Consulting Services. LLC is an organization located in Bay Minette, AL. We service the southwest Alabama region from Monroe to Baldwin counties. Our goal is to be first choice for alternative methods in domestic, emotional, and educational enlightenment for individuals, family, and community enhancement. We are dedicated to promoting continued growth and value of our field. The organization provides the following services: Mediation, Coaching, and Consulting to individuals and non profits.
Mediation
In mediation, parties are empowered to reach a decision for themselves rather than have an entity render a decision for them. A mediator is a neutral third party that facilitates the discussion and exchange of information. Mediators do not make decisions about the outcome of the dispute and therefore cannot impose an agreement on the participants. In providing mediation, the goal is to assist in developing empowerment and self-determination with the participants in solving their issues. Our agency prides itself on being skilled and educated in domestic mediation services.

Coaching
Gulf Coast Mediation, Coaching, and Consultation Services will provide diverse, affordable, personal and professional enrichment classes, workshops, and activities to individuals, families, and communities in the southwest and Gulf region of Alabama. Services range in length from weekly- one hour meetings, to one day workshops, weekend classes, and six week programs. Consulting
Gulf Coast Mediation, Coaching, and Consulting Services provide assistance to grassroot non-profits who need assistance with fundraising, grant writing, or developing the the 501c3 status. Our goal is to work with newly developed groups to expand their capacity and sustainability by organizing and assisting with the core financial elements. We provide the following services:
